Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Diki Bagastama, an individual based in Indonesia who operates Rayledge ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Who can use Rayledge
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. One account per person.
How Rayledge works
- You set habits and Rayledge turns them into dated commitments. Each commitment is worth an amount, and together they add up to at most $12.00 per cycle.
- You can check off only today's commitments, before your daily cutoff. After the cutoff a commitment locks and can't be changed.
- Rayledge runs on the honor system: you report what you did. Please be honest. Repeated abuse can lead to suspension.
- What you save becomes a fixed discount on your next Rayledge bill. Savings round down to the nearest $0.50 and the remainder carries into the next cycle. Savings and discounts have no cash value, can't be transferred and are never paid out as money.
- A paid cycle closes 24 hours before your renewal; commitments that lock after that count toward the next cycle. The app always shows when your current cycle closes.
Free trial
New accounts get a 7-day free trial without a card. What you save during the trial becomes a discount on your first month if you subscribe within 7 days after the trial ends. The trial does not turn into a paid subscription by itself. One trial per person.
Subscription and billing
- Rayledge costs $15.00 per month in US dollars, before your earned discount, plus tax where applicable.
- Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method you gave at checkout.
- Orders are processed by Polar Software, Inc., our online reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Polar's buyer terms.
- If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the billing page linked in the app, with no need to contact us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Savings from your last cycle stay available for 7 days after your subscription ends and apply if you subscribe again within that time.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Rayledge: no attempts to break or bypass its security, no automated access or scraping, no interfering with other users, and no creating multiple accounts to get extra trials or discounts. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Your content
What you enter, such as habit names, stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run Rayledge for you.
Changes to the service
We may improve or change Rayledge. Changes to how savings and discounts are calculated apply from your next cycle, and we'll tell you before they do. If we stop offering Rayledge, we'll give you notice, stop charging you, and refund the unused part of any period you paid for.
No guarantees
Rayledge is a tool to help you keep your own commitments. It isn't medical, financial or professional advice, and we can't promise any particular result. The service is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account anytime in the app, which also cancels any active subscription. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we'll tell you why.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
