Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing page linked in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Paid periods
We don't refund the current or past billing periods, except where the law requires it, for example consumer withdrawal rights in some countries. Before every renewal we email you a summary of your next bill, so the amount is never a surprise.
Mistakes and exceptions
If you were charged incorrectly, tell us and we'll fix it. Payments are processed by Polar, our online reseller and merchant of record, which may also issue refunds at its own discretion.
Discounts
Savings earned in Rayledge are discounts on your next bill. They have no cash value and are never refunded or paid out as money.
How to ask
Email hello@rayledge.com from the address on your account and tell us what happened. We reply within a few days.
